Target Athletes: Female Athletes (~12-14 years old)
The program is designed to improve athletic performance via the development of speed, agility, strength, and power.
Training sessions will focus on a variety of drills and exercises that will help increase explosive power, multi-directional movement, and improve maximum speed and running mechanics.
Dynamic warm up exercises as well as additional flexibility training will increase the players range of motion as well as reduce the risk of injury. Most importantly, the athlete will have more self confidence in their physical abilities as well as an uncanny competitive edge over any opponent on the field.
Detail: Two sessions per week:
Monday and Wednesday Afternoons: 3:30pm to 4:30pm
