BEAST TRAINING’S Football Preseason Strength & Conditioning Program

When: June, July, and August 2012 – we are planning on offering two programs to best fit the respective schedules of our athletes.

Program 1 (Recommended): 3 Training Sessions Per Week (Mon, Wed, and Fri – time TBD)

Program 2: 2 Training Sessions Per Week (Tues and Thurs – time TBD)

BEAST provides all programming and consistent coaching, down to the level of each set and repetition.
