Women’s Bootcamp (Circuit Training/Cardio/Variable Programming)

Group Sessions are currently running Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:30am – 10:30am (Summer Hours)

Beast’s fitness boot camp is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training (i.e. weight training). The programming is variable and designed to push our participants harder than they would otherwise push themselves.

Beast’s instructors work to foster a spirit of teamwork, group support, and cohesion.
