BEAST’s In-season Football Training Program
Projected Start Date: Sunday September 4th
Objective: Maintain the strength you worked for in the Pre-season and/or continue to learn how to train properly (and specifically for improved performance on the football field).
Dedicated athletes work diligently to improve their strength during the off-season. Unfortunately, without in-season training, most of those hard-earned gains are diminished, just when they are most needed. Most football players reach peak strength in August; without in-season training, much of this strength is lost by November.
BEAST educates athletes on the correct way to program for in-season training. Trying to perform off-season workouts during the season, is too demanding and can wreck havoc on an athlete’s central nervous system and their ability to recover.
REGISTRATION TIMES/DATES: In-season Football Training registration is ongoing, however preferred registration times/dates are Wednesday 8/31 at 4:15pm or Sunday 9/4 and Sunday 9/11 at 2pm. Please direct any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone Kim at 203.816.1603.
