BEAST TRAINING (“BEAST”) is the #1 Hardcore Strength and Conditioning Facility in Connecticut. We are dedicated to helping athletes achieve their full potential on and off the field.
For Athletes: BEAST’s goal is to develop our athletes into: Scholarship Players, High School and Collegiate All-Conference Players, All-State Players, and/or to facilitate entry into “reach” Colleges through excellence in athletic performance.
Coaching/Supervision: BEAST’s athletic training is trainer-supervised (4–6 athletes per trainer); BEAST provides consistent coaching and spotting during each set to ensure the athlete obtains maximum benefit.
Training Philosophy: BEAST will either divide athletic group training into Upper Body and Lower Body Sessions or focus on total body training (depending on the athlete’s training experience); we focus on:
- Teaching proper exercise technique
- Increasing Total Body Strength and Core Strength (focus on multi-joint compound movements)
- Increasing Explosive Power – Increasing Speed and Agility – Sport Specific Strength
- Fostering Gains in Muscular Size (Hypertrophy)
Mission Statement: Beast Training (“Beast”) is working to be a recognized leader in strength, speed, and power training. We strive to change lives by providing the highest quality athletic trainers, result-generating equipment, motivation by example, and an intense/competitive atmosphere.
